PPUH MARK Antoni Marek Kulesza, a company with many years' experience in water supply and drainage systems, offers the opportunity of using the latest technologies of tranchless replacement of technically degraded conduits in underground urban infrastructure. In addition to traditional trenchmaking techniques, excavation of old conduits and fixtures and installation of  new equipment in their place, we use a trenchless method known as static cracking (burstlining). The method makes it possible to replace earthenware, cast iron, steel, concrete and asbesthos cement conduits with diameter up to 1000 mm, which, after crushing and cutting process, are expanded sideways. In their place, a new PE or cast iron pipe of the same or greater diameter is drawn in a parallel manner. The technology is irreplaceable in the case of all kinds of damage such as leaks or conduits shifted in relation to each other, cracked transversely or longitudinally. Undeniable advantages of the presented method include installation of the new pipe while preserving the route of the old one, reduction of excavation works having negative impact on transport and significant elimination of inconvenience for the public.
